It’s a small blog for a man, but a huge app for mankind.
Soon you will be streaming live. : )

I’ve been feeling very sad about the ocean swimmer in Tathra who has disappeared, we assume due to a hungry fish. I have to ask the very regular swimmers a question – apart from wobeggongs, has anyone EVER seen anything on a B&B swim that might want to eat us ?
    Yours in trepidation…

In 3 years i have NEVER seen anything that would be classed as wanting to eat us.
At Manly Aquarium there is a pie chart that shows the likelihood of a shark getting you and it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO rare…. tiny tiny odds.
I used to be scared Emma but not anymore – I love the sharks 🙂

More pics – love that pink blob in the sky which appeared briefly and also the legs amongst the fish.
Tania, very best wishes for your trip home and look forward to seeing you again next year, perhaps for a little longer! Add comments here from time to time and any swim pics from Germany in flickr.

On Wednesday I saw a Seapike catch and eat a struggling Mado! Swallowed it whole – but I don’t think they pose much danger to us……

    HI Jill – thanks! 🙂
Just added those pics but did take them this morning
One more dark day to go! It will be much easier..
The Sun rises about 15 mins later now than it does in the bottom of Winter so this is the darkest time of the year…

I’ve been swimming with e group for two years and not seen anything either. although I did get an up close and personal swim with a southern right whale, so although not likely to swallow me whole it could have had the power to show us if it didn’t appreciate our company but she enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed and respected her.
