30.11.2019 “It’s a new day, it’s a new dawn…….

30/11/20192

As November 2019 closes, the bash and crash of daily life that has filled this seemingly, faster moving year seems to be easing.

I found myself humming this song and checked out the lyrics, which seemed finer words that I could muster myself.

And so apt for the joy, that is the B&B.Six days of swimming leaves me Feelin…Good

So wishing you all a top weekend of whatever you do and thanks Steph for swimming with me this morning.

And thanks also Kate for photo support.

In the words of Nina Simone

Feelin Good

Birds flying high you know how I feel
Sun in the sky you know how I feel
Breeze driftin’ on by you know how I feel
It’s a new dawn
It’s a new day
It’s a new life for me yeah
It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day, it’s a new life for me
And I’m feeling good
Fish in the sea, you know how I feel
River running free, you know how I feel
Blossom on the tree, you know how I feel
It’s a new dawn
It’s a new day
It’s a new life
For me
And I’m feeling good

So many smiles on the beachfront today…..
