The start time is just before 6 am at Manly Surf Club, and the route goes from Manly to Queenscliff and back (3 km total). You should be back at the Club just in time for the 7 am Shelly swim. Great blog & pics, Shelly & Bootycampbuffman – especially the pic taken by Derek!!
Shelly, next week perhaps you can give us some tips on how to get your amazing figure! Did you have to go under the knife or was it just from half-hearted Bootycamp and relaxed swimming from Half-way? Is there hope for the rest of us ladies?

Funny blog Shelly capturing the morning beautifully! I know the BnB Adventure is corny but it’s aimed at Primary school children!
So YOU are Shelly Buffman! You sounded just like Storchy in blog comments yesterday! Hope your HEEL heals Richard 😊
Whale Beach B& B can offer continental breakfasts Buffman if you don’t mind it served at 4.30am!

Is the photographer, who shamelessly put a photo of my (pink) bum into the public domain, willing to share any income he might receive from the commercial use of the photo, with me ?
