119 Bold & Beautiful swimmers

What glorious days !!!

It’s no wonder we are seeing some of our swimmers who we haven’t seen for a while…

Neil’s been sharing his time between Whale Beach and Hawaii, but this morning he was happy to be back with us 🙂

Ben, Josh and Amy have also been out of the water for about a year, but now they’re back.  Happy Days 🙂

Who wouldn’t be here… seriously.  The best place to swim in the world, with the nicest, happiest people too.  We’ve got it all 🙂

Er… including the slightly strange 😉 Uhmm…. Ian ???

Ben and Collie are enjoying winding down now ready for their upcoming solo English Channel crossings !!

Collie’s last swim with us before he leaves to take on the English Channel solo is next Saturday, 1st September !  Because he’s now in taper mode he’ll be able to join us for
breakfast too 🙂  So please come down to farewell Collie and wish him the very
best of luck !! 🙂
Collie is taking on the Channel for the second time, he completed it successfully the first time in 2008 and yes he’s going back for more !

Ben will be following ~3weeks later.

Peta and Wendy are both pretty excited, they both only have 1 swim left to go to qualify for their winter badge !!  Peta is bursting with excitement, quite literally, check out her wetsuit 😉

With only 5 days left of winter,
172 swimmers have qualified, and another 32
are still able to bring it home.  Please click here
to see how you’re going, don’t miss out now… !

Some are enjoying their swims with…

and others without wetsuits 😉

The fish don’t have a choice, they swim all year without wetsuits.  If they can do it, we can too 😉

This one’s for you Jane, as you make your way around Ireland… your favourite fish with the electric blue dash on its tail, can’t remember it’s name.  Gaetan ??

7 swimmers continued on for a double with 4 of those tripling including Sam who just got back from walking the Larapinta Trail yesterday 🙂

Meanwhile, sky high on tour, Denise has started her swimming saga with a stopover at Singapore where she has caught up with Richard to have a swim together in this beautiful 150m pool at the Marina Bay Sands, which is cantilevered 200m high – the largest in the world !

Also, John Hiron shared one of the best days he has ever had skiing in Thredbo in 40 years yesterday, with fellow B&B swimmer, Brian Chapman who he ran into on a coffee break !!  What and no pink caps in your pockets… ?? 😉
