The stunning sky early this morning… I had a bit of writers block for the blog today… Asking swimmers about what the swim means for them though…the healing effects of the ocean featured highly. Swimmers said the best way to get the therapeutic benefits of a swim in the sea has to be with our group. With the B&B you get the extra advantages of friendly faces, warm smiles, hugs and often caring advice. All mixed together with lots of fun and laughter. Absolute best start to the day!
Lovely to have Little Sarah and Jon around at the moment.
Beautiful flat, calm conditions this morning and the water was clearer too.
If you need a solicitor John Forster (in the middle) is awesome!
Bright and bubbly Georgina and Debbie!
Bruce and Dan
Old Wife spotted swimming on her own near the shed
Blog tarts at Shelly!
Our gorgeous Tuesday blogger, Murray and founder of Babewatch

Niek on the left is still working up to swimming with us. Ted’s been giving him some swimming lessons!
Malcom in the Middle 😉 He comes from UK every year for a holiday and always enjoys his swims with us.
A message below from Alison from The Wows. Please get behind our cake stall for bush fire victims on Saturday
Hi B&B friends. We will be holding a cake stall this Saturday 23 November to help the community of our fellow BnB swimmer Belinda Robertson. Bee & hubby Bruce have been ready for action defending their farm for the past week, they have been spared but their community is suffering great loss (they are near Wingham/Taree). Please bake if you can or bring your $$ and appetite on Saturday. Or if you won’t be there but would like to donate, see the link below. Thank you 💕

Temp – 19.3
Swimmers – 255
Newbies – not sure

Lainey, thx for this and all your other lovely blogs! We certainly agree with the comments about the therapeutic value of the swims – not just the swims themselves but just as much the amazing company and friendships in and out of the water! xx
p.s. Let’s have a swim and coffee together very soon! x
