Big Congratulations to our swimmers that ran in the Blue Mountains Ultra Marathon yesterday, surprisingly they didn’t swim this morning …sore muscles anyone?

heh heh Nick…I am wondering what all the wetsuit wearere will do when it actually gets cold and they need to wear two wetsuits?
Saw the worlds biggest cuttlefish this morning. The size of a small child, wasn’t it, Drinks! Extraordinary….
Ian I am sorry to say I have forgotten two days worth of ticking. Sterch had the audacity to suggest this morning that his might be related to the colour of my hair. The cheek!

Just back from Big Wave Bay (as flat as Lake Manly) and HK Triad reunion… warm sand and no need for a wet-suit….but only a few tiny fish!

I’m more concerned about the effect the toxic chemicals coming out of ur hair to keep it that colour will have on the underwater life of pristine Shelley.
