58 Bold & Beautiful swimmers
managed to haul themselves out from under the doona on this overcast morning.
But you know it’s gonna be worth it. If you make that extra effort and come down for a swim you can be sure the only thing grey about your day is going to be the clouds.

You can just tell that Anna’s up to no good with that cheeky look…

Lesley stops the traffic

don’t forget to keep your hands above the water for as long as possible…

The swim was lovely and the water temp has hit the 17’s again !! 🙂

Cae dries his wings as Elaine and Jules M collect hugs before we swim back to enjoy our well earned coffee together.

and Stephen finds a little wave to take him to shore that little bit quicker.

What happened to all the hardy doublers this morning ?? Michael had to do a double lap all by himself ! Now that’s a rare thing.
If anyone’s looking to charter a boat on our beautiful Sydney waters for a private or corporate occasion, we can highly recommend Sydney By Sail, run by one of our swimmers, and former Olympian, Matt Hayes. We went out on one of Matt’s beautiful boats on Saturday and had the most wonderful time. Check out what’s on offer here and bear it in mind for when you’re looking for extra that special something.

Check out our B&B website too – thanks to Tim and Linda from Manly Mac Art it’s had a total facelift and is looking damn good !! It’s well worth a look, so please check it out at www.boldandbeautifulmanly.com.au and let us know what you think 🙂
Don’t miss out on our upcoming B&B social functions…
- Next monthly B&B special $20 Bluewater dinner is on next Monday, 24th September, a few more bookings and we’ll have the whole venue to ourselves. So please book in here asap.

What a massive weekend for Bold & Beautiful.
Thankyou to all who participated in ‘Relay for Life’, especially the tent setup, food gatherers, walkers, runners, raffle ticket sellers, visitors, our Captain Jules M, Iggy — oh Linda & Tim, supporters, dismantlers, Melanie (Iain) looking very sparkly, and ALL others.
Special thanks to Annette, Pete, Rachel & Amy for walking with me from 3am – 5am, Amy actually sat in camp under the fairylights & did some HSC study.
Brendan M looked sensational running his laps with his pink cap on from 1am till 3am on Sunday morning.
GO CAMPING, its FUN !!!

Thanks Maureen, I picked up the pace when you told me there was only 15 minutes to go! I think Amy studying Advanced English at 3am on a Sunday morning was much more impressive.

PS Well done you and Jules M on organizing everything and setting up the tent and campsite. While we fly by nighters came and went, you guys stayed the distance.

It was a great event. Maureen was amazing setting up camp and staying all the time. Jules M put in a mega stint too. I was a bit weary for the Half Marathon the next day after being on my feet at Relay from 2-8.30pm! The night time track sounded good fun. Well done graveyard shifters! Thanks so much everyone who donated too. We must do it next year!
Thanks for lots of lovely camaraderie at breaky after another great swim this morning. 🙂

Hi guys, yeah the website has been revamped and we will still be making minor changes over the next week to fine tune it.
