It doesnt really matter what you do before work, as long as you get your back side out of bed and do something. B&B’ers Dr Jane and Matt “Make it Rain” Unicomb went for a quick 50km run this morning but had time to stop for a quick chat with Emer.
You can see how the endorphines get released with some early morning exercise, Shaun was PUMPED!!

This man has to carry this heavy surf board for 80km back to his village just to feed his family.

Not content with getting caught groping his fellow B&B’ers yesterday at the group photo shoot, Ian is at it again. FOR SHAME.

Myself and Corrinne decided to go from half way today. Why? SELFIES!!!

We were joined by our pal Errol, apparently half way is the new full.
Who needs focused, colourful close ups of fish? So overrated.
Great to see that the council have finally put in those new bicycle racks at Shelly beach

Haha – love the bike racks, I may just cycle to Shelly in the future and aprk there and jump in for a quick swim!
