Missed you today, Elaine, but after your truly awesome jump for joy yesterday, a rest day’s allowed! Perfect conditions today…. (but Jon still managed to find the one blue bottle which got a little too friendly!)
Good Luck Wilf in the World Championship! Remember: DON’T FORGET TO TAKE YOUR TEETH OUT BEFORE YOU START YOUR SWIM!!
Jules & Robin – we’ll have the red carpet out for you tomorrow!

Hi all, I have a wetsuit that I used in 2000 for the swim in triathlons, it is still in good condition but does use older technology – if anyone wants it let me know (you need to be about my size 🙂 PS: Price = free

    Hi all.
    On you Jules! And co
You should be well pleased with yourselves.
No mention of the doze m dolphins that cruised past the
Point and into the bay at I did an early and then swam up the beach a bit.
    Did they not say hello?

    Hi again.
Yes. At least a dozen dolphins cruised south just at pour meeting place at 0715.
I had just come in had a quick shower and there they were. Another couple of minutes swimming and I would have been in the pod,
I was amazed no one saw them but maybe they headed for the bower?
Tomorrow is the day for sure.
    Cheers

I just realized some smart bottomed person will enquire as to how the dolphins got into the shower,
They are very clever, as we know.
