I am sure I was not the only swimmer today who saw all the different groups swimming about and thought of the unification of Italy. That beautiful country with all of its regional beauty and distinct features and culture was unified in the 1800s but each region retained its own character. So too the various swimmer groups – 6 am, 609am, 630am, Manly Beach Training, FFF and so on.
A delight to come across a squad of physios today! My physios keeps me able to continue to enjoy life through all the things that happen. Square One was there in connection with the sponsees Waringah Triathletes who are another regional variety of Bold and Beautiful’s swim location.
