Jenny Knapman forgot to take the water temperature!!! It’s a disaster!!!
Actually that’s not true it was me that didn’t take it – coz to be honest 007 John Bond usually takes it but he didn’t turn up??
Anyway it’s not the end of the world (although Michael Christie might think so!)…. I can tell you though the water was LOVELY…perfect for a swim with no shivering afterwards!!
Thanks to Bill McP who welcomed the 3 newbies this morning and gave them the ‘talk’ and showed them what to do – he came down especially to do this even though he didn’t swim because he had a “wee tickle in his throat”…. (I think he needs some of that HTFU spray!) 😀
I love that each day you come around the corner and see the beach in front of you and you just never know what it will be like…this morning was no exception!

Jenny K and myself did the Let’s Go – as loud as we could.. BUT in a first in Bold and Beautiful’s history noone WENT!! SERIOUSLY!!! … So then David then took over and did another Let’s Go and off they swam!
HK Triad Queen Little Sarah Abbott has stooped to a new low… She now gets Rainer AKA Lips the Nips, her henchman to do all the work on the swim …
We all made it back!!! Great lovely lovely swim!!
This is becoming a habit…2 more flung aside flippers! Just abandoned by the showers this time…(i left them there though…)

Conditions are looking really good for longer swims for the next few days. Henchy Jon, I and a few questionables will be doing a super-slowie B’crawl at 5.45 (WARNING: very dark, buddy up for longer swims!).
We’re also wondering if we might bring the 10K forward to this Sat or fit in an extra one to catch the calm waters to give us a chance of going to Curl Curl? Or perhaps just the Super-Slowie one this Sat….

Need to dial down the skinny dipping references. Access to the blog has already been restricted in the UAE and Vatican. There are another 12 countries or so where we are currently under review.
We have a high profile team of lawyers negotiating with various governments as we speak, lead by our very own Brendan Maher. I’m afraid those references to Shaun’s swinging ballast have made their work a lot more difficult now..

Is a swimsuit in the spirit of the event that you have taken such a keen interest in over the last 2-3 days…it really seems to have wet your appetite.
