Over 94 Bold & Beautiful swimmers. Fantastic for a Monday !
Rainer’s finally worked out it’s worth getting out of bed to arrive at swimming 10 minutes earlier… more blog tarting opportunities, especially in the smurf suit.

He seems only marginally phased that Michael’s tickling his armpit.

A superb morning !
John’s patting himself on the back for having already completed the Bolderdash as we jump in for the the 7am swim 🙂

with not a cloud in the sky, and a beautiful, calm sea

Well, until a couple of random head height waves gently rolled through

Sarah’s concentrating hard to hold those flippers streamline as the waves come at her 😉

Scott’s just plain happy to be back in the water, as we are to have him back – yeh 🙂

It was lovely and calm at the point.
Well maybe not for Arthur who was being dunked by Cathy 😉

A nice, calm swim across the bay until about 200m from Shelly when the backwash was in full flow due to the high tide ricocheting back off the walkway. Always makes it fun 😉
Matt didn’t notice, he was too busy racing his eldest son, Josh who joined us for his first swim today 🙂

Thumbs up for another great swim !

11 swimmers enjoyed a lovely Bolderdash, 14 early lappers to Shelly, 10 doublers and Brian B and John B did ‘the lot’.
That’s it now, well, until tomorrow !! Same time, same place, see you all then 🙂

Some great photos from Simon this morning. I love the first one !! Guess the bottoms ??

Lovely photos of us all taken yesterday from a different view, from Manly surf club balcony, courtesy of Fred Thorpe. Thanks Fred ! Photographer today, swimmer tomorrow ?? We hope so 🙂

Great swim! What a fantastic way to start the week!
You know it’s a good morning when you scored 2x prominent blog appearances without making a complete fool of yourself..
Stephen – the wife is asking whether I can take the smurf suit home for a couple of nights?
See you all tomorrow!
PS: Second bottom is Lesley!!

I’m no expert when it comes to bottoms….but the top gives it away. It is definitely Lesley! I’d know that top anywhere.

That’s not a close-up. I’m sure Simon could zoom in closer tomorrow. Beware the Phantom Photographer!

You are such a blog tart Rainer! What are you going to do tomorrow to get on the blog. Thought it might be Stephen Coulter next to Lesley but L doesn’t usually stand next to him incase anyone thinks they are married 😉
Anyone Boldercrawling tomorrow?

I did a solo 610 to Shelley this morning.
Got to call – “Lets Go” at the point after checking I had not gone past the poles.
Got to sing happy birthday to my imaginary friend after waiting for myself to catch up.
Announced that if I wanted to do a double to meet me at the point.
Scoffed at the double call then swam back coming 1st. (and last)
To sum the day up – Nice butt Leslie!!! haha

Yes Sharon, what’s my score after today’s feat?
Must be way ahead of Emer and Rob at this stage. Might even lie low for a while to give them a chance to catch up..

No worries Lucy. I’ll bring it down tomorrow.
Might give it a quick rinse tonight, as I’ve been wearing it in the office all morning.

I focused the camera on the contrasting B&B colours for what I thought was a cute picture of Lesely and Ian F (judging by the comments most people liked it.
BTW I’m also planning to do the Bolderdash swim tomorrow.

Yes Sharon, do you actually have Rainers score? Or is this the biggest scandal since Storchy ticked his name without swimming????

Sharon, I’m reliably informed I featured for 5 minutes on TV in B&B bathers during the Noosa Triathlon show on Sunday – do solo TV appearances in B&B pink get extra spreddy points? 😉

Oh my ! I have a confession ..there is a blog spreddy BUT Rainer you are not in it !!!
I am happy to give you 40 points to give you a head start though !!! Unless you have kept your own score ?!!!
