10/11/2020 – Blue Skies, Blue water and Blue bottles

Another stunning morning with a few blue bottles bobbing about … by a few I mean they were EVERYWHERE!

Many swimmers headed towards Queenscliff, but I decided to actually put on my wetsuit and go for a free dive.

I am excited to share some of the amazing sea life that I was lucky enough to spend my morning with.

I have to pinch myself every time I am in the water… how is our backyard so beautiful. How are we ocean swimming, drinking coffee, and chatting every morning when the rest of the world is in total chaos?

We are so lucky and it is important that we remember that. Yes, the borders are closed…. but I’m personally pretty happy to be stuck in this haven for now. The only mask that I wore today was my diving mask.

After my dive, I headed to the surf club to see the team! It was all smiles despite the blue bottles requiring a few alter their swim path.
