7 new swimmers this morning, welcome to you all. Check out the photo of 3 of the new boys sitting on the wall post swim this morning enjoying the rays.
Beautiful morning with small waves and clearish water. Millions of stingrays, lots of violet sea snails – the good news being they eat bluebottles :-). A school of garfish, a couple of dusky whalers, old wives, a large flatead right in shore at Shelly, yellowtail, groupers etc….
Happy birthday to Cynthia Alley 🙂
Don’t forget summer badge ceremony this Saturday at Manly Wine ~8.30am.
Water Temperature 23.3 degrees.
Sunrise 6.48am.
Sunset 7.24pm.
High Tide: 11.11am.

Standing at Shelly this morning, I was witness to red faced puffing apparition that propelled itself into the beach. It turned out to be the SS [Sans Snorkel] IZZY.
Congratulations Izzy and well done.
Next thing we know the flippers will be gone as well!!!!!

I also saw “Lefty” the yellow catfish near the point.
Has anyone else noticed he seems to be missing
fins on the right? He could be suffering the same
directional problems I have.
