07/04/2013 Time Stands Still

07/04/201311

Ole Father Time plays tricks with those Bold & Beautiful members that don’t own automatically updating devices telling them its time to get up and have fun! With the sun rising at 6:12 AM this morning, there’s no longer an excuse to stay in bed as by 7AM its LIGHT and BRIGHT!

211 people worked out that ‘no’ they hadn’t slept in……

Nigel realised he’s ahead of the game….

Ian explained to all those that gathered “Look we can now all see the Point clearly, so meet at The Point”

Members of The Higher Order discussed what a difference an hour makes…”Wow, I didn’t actually realise until this morning that we have been swimming with more than three people!! Look there’s loads of them!!”

Luckily the Surf Club clock was telling us the right time.

We’re pretty happy with the brightness right now!

All these people are happy to be up an hour later than normal, but jumping in at the same time ?!?!

Some are even doing the sunny underwater happy dance.

As we made our way to Shelly, we realised we weren’t the only people taking advantage of this shift in time.

A relay swim would be taking place, just after we cleared out of their course……

Everyone appears to swim faster in the sunlight and we love hanging out in the sun at Shelly.

Some of us had to switch back to our reflective non glare goggles so that we could see in the glorious sunlight!

I managed to find a couple of Lips Impersonators, which take a far prettier photo than Lips himself.

Ian shouted out a “Quick we best get outta here!” and we were off…..

Even the fish were nice and awake for us! Thank you to Nick D for helping out with the underwater fish shots!

FFffffurballs off The Point.

So, there were really no excuses for sleeping in this morning with that extra hour to play with and enjoy a swim in the sunlight once again. See you in the week.
