Its Melbourne cup day today so Im going to assume you are already drunk, lost your fascinator, pashed a stranger, have no money left, think you know which barrier is best and that Newitt is looking good on Foreteller at $26.
Im not a massive racing fan myself, but I brought my pet horse for a swim to get in the Cup mood
Anyway, lets get this cliche of a blog done and dusted so we can get back to our goon sacks…..
And the runners are:
Bum Deal
Knapmans Choice
Golden Gaytime
Jumping for Joy
Breast foot forward
Splash n Dash
Wiley Wilf’s Wonderous Willy
Water Angel
The Terminator
Shaun’s Sea men
Paige’s pants panic
Morning Staffy
And lastly, bringing up the rear is Rainer and Seabiscuit
Right, Im off to pick up my Tux from Kelly Country
Keep swimming and smiling,
Robster the Blogster

Bold
and Beautiful Swim SchoolÂ
Sarah Anne Evans, B&B’s official Pacific Jules
swim coach, has organised a group swim school at Shelley Beach for any willing
B&B swimmers who want to improve their style. The cost is $30 and it’s
limited to 15 people. During the 90 minute session Sarah Anne and Warren Evans
will be covering how to swim with more efficiency, flow and speed! If the water
is clear and calm enough they will film each person for feedback after the
session via email.
The latest
date available for the B&B Swim School is 21st December.Â
(This will be the last swim school for the year.
More next year. Schools on 30 November and 14 December are both full)
If you would like to book in you should call or
email Sarah Anne and you will be sent further information, including the date,
time and payment details. Phone   0420 923 067   or email info@pacificjules.com.au

It was on the corresponding Monday last year that I made my first acquaintance with the B&B. If nothing else, you renewed my enthusiasm for swimming, to the extent that I have swum 944 km so far this year, 710.5 of those in open water. I don’t think you would recognise my stroke if you saw me swimming in the sea now – it has changed so much – although I am still a bit slow. Thank you so much for your encouragement while I was with you last year, and I hope to meet all my B&B friends again before too many more years are out.
