Over 53 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
The conditions are back to lovely again 🙂 There were some lovely waves and all swimmers swam in and out through the surf. We’re back to normal – yippee 🙂
Lesley Coulter saved some fish today as she pulled a plastic bag out of the ocean, but then Ali continued the rescue theme and saved Lesley as she inhaled some water as we left Shelly 🙂
Simon Eddy completed his first Ironman at Port Macquarie on Sunday in just over 14 hours. Great effort especially as he was in so much pain at about the 30km mark of his run, as Simon said he had come far too far not to finish. Well done Simon !
Dylan Rowland also completed his first half Ironman in 5 hours and a bit… Congratulations Dylan.
Sadly Peter Bowes and Sheri Deacon didn’t end up doing their Ironmans due to injury :-(. Recovery well and soon there is a wedding coming up very soon… 🙂

Title should be today “drowned rat?” Thanks again Ali for stopping for me. MAYBE it was the plastic bag tucked inside my cossie that nearly drowned me?! 😉

Damn! My first chance to give you mouth to mouth and I wasn’t there. Please don’t drown again … at least not until I’m there to save you!!
